• Need to contact Genie about your warranty or repair?
  1. Please have your model number and receipt ready.
  2. Call Genie's customer service at 1-800-354-3643.
  3. Your Genie representative will arrange to ship you the necessary parts to complete the repair. There is a $5.00 shipping and handling fee for all warranty parts orders.
